When you request calculator access, we use your work email address to check eligibility and send a one-time verification code. We use a necessary, HttpOnly access cookie to remember verified access, normally for 24 hours. Verification does not subscribe you to marketing.
We record your email address, organisation domain and verification and access timestamps for access administration, normally retaining these records for 90 days. Short-lived verification records and hashed request identifiers help prevent abuse and are removed through routine expiry cleanup. Calculator assumptions are processed to return results and are not stored in access records. To ask about this information or request access for your organisation, please contact Scribetech.
Information may support site access, enquiries, communications, service administration and analysis used to improve the website. Personal data should not be retained longer than necessary for the relevant purpose or legal obligation.
